Outdoor Experience Matters
Our responders are experienced outdoor professionals who understand the unique challenges associated with remote locations, adverse weather and difficult terrain.
We provide professional first aid cover for outdoor, rural and remote events across the region. Our teams combine recognised emergency care qualifications with extensive outdoor experience, allowing us to deliver practical, reliable support in environments where access, terrain and distance from emergency services can present additional challenges. Alongside physical first aid provision, all of our responders are trained in Mental Health First Aid, enabling us to support the wellbeing of participants, spectators, volunteers and event staff throughout your event.
Qualified and Experienced Responders
Our event teams are typically led by responders qualified to FREC4 (First Response Emergency Care Level 4), supported by appropriately trained personnel based on the nature and risk profile of the event.
In addition to emergency care qualifications, our team members maintain a range of outdoor and safety-related competencies, helping ensure a professional and proportionate response to incidents in both urban and remote environments.
We believe that effective event support is not simply about responding to emergencies. It is about understanding people, the environment and the event itself.
Supporting Physical and Mental Wellbeing
Not every incident at an event involves a physical injury.
Many people can experience anxiety, distress, panic, emotional overwhelm or other wellbeing concerns, particularly at busy events, challenging outdoor activities or unfamiliar environments.
For this reason, all of our responders are trained in Mental Health First Aid principles and approaches. This enables our team to provide calm, compassionate and professional support to individuals experiencing mental or emotional distress, while helping them access appropriate support where required.
By recognising both physical and psychological wellbeing, we aim to provide a supportive and reassuring presence for participants, spectators, volunteers and event staff alike.
